2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce or Tamari
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, minced

1/3 cup fine bread crumbs
Toppings
Sliced red onion
Shredded Napa cabbage
Additional cilantro
4 hamburger buns
Fresh spinach
Banh mi pickled veggies
Preparation
Whisk together egg and soy sauce in a bowl. Stir in cilantro, green onion, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add turkey and bread crumbs; mix well with your hands, then shape into 4 patties.
Head a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add patties; cook, covered, turning once, 12 to 15 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Serve with desired toppings and buns.
